Why does GA4 show Facebook traffic as Direct? +

When someone clicks your ad inside the Facebook or TikTok mobile app, the link opens in an in-app browser launched cold — no prior page, so no referrer header is sent. GA4 sees the visit with no source and records it as Direct. The fix is adding UTM parameters to every ad URL so GA4 reads the source from the URL itself.

Do I need server-side tracking (CAPI) or is the pixel enough? +

For most businesses, the pixel alone misses a significant share of conversions — particularly on iOS where users have opted out under Apple's ATT. CAPI sends conversion data server-to-server, bypassing the browser entirely. We recommend running both pixel and CAPI together for the best match rate.

Will this work with Shopify / WordPress / Magento? +

Yes. We work with Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built sites. The implementation differs slightly by platform but the outcome is the same: accurate tracking across GA4, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads. We confirm everything during the free audit.

What does "pay only when it's working" mean exactly? +

We don't invoice until we've verified every tracking event end-to-end — purchase events firing in GA4, conversions confirmed in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads enhanced conversions live. If something isn't working, we fix it before we invoice. The 590€ is a flat fee, no surprises.

What access do you need from us? +

Admin access to Google Tag Manager (or your site codebase), GA4, Meta Business Manager, and your TikTok Ads account. For Shopify we need collaborator access. We document everything we touch and hand it back clearly.

How long does setup take? +

Typically 5–7 business days from access granted to fully tested and verified. We'll give you a clear timeline after the initial audit.
